Russia-Ukraine war intensifies: Russia is bearing down on Ukraine Russian soldiers on Wednesday breached a defense wall and surrounded Ukrainian soldiers in two Ukrainian cities, Prokolsk and Kulyansk. Putin has called on them to surrender.
Russia says its forces have surrounded Ukrainian soldiers in Prokolsk in eastern Donetsk province and the rail junction of Kupyansk in the northeast Bay region. On the other hand, Ukraine’s Eastern Command spokesman Hiroki Shamoval said that the situation in Prokolsk is tense but under control.
A post has revealed that Ukraine is trying to cover up the situation. Despite denying the claim of encirclement, the 7th Rapid Action Corps of the Ukrainian army admitted that some Russian soldiers have managed to enter Prokhorovsk.
On Wednesday, Putin had indicated that any other proposal against the surrender of Ukrainian soldiers present in both cities would not be acceptable.
Confirming his claim, President Putin has asked journalists to visit the area. Earlier, on the 24th, Kim Jong Un and Putin had told Donald Trump that they would not bow to pressure.
