In IPL-2025, the Qualifier-1 match was played today at the Maharaja Yadvinder Singh International Cricket Stadium in Mullanpur, Dhaka, Punjab, in which Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Punjab Kings to reach the final after 9 years. The Punjab team performed poorly in today’s important match and the team was all out for just 101 runs, while the Bengaluru team scored 106 runs for the loss of two wickets in 10 overs to win by 8 wickets against Punjab. Punjab were bowled out cheaply due to the strong bowling of Bengaluru bowlers. Josh Hazlewood and Suyesh Sharma took 3 wickets each, while Yash Dayal took two, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and R. Schaffers took 1 wicket each.
