Nearly three weeks after the conflict between India and Pakistan, Indian Foreign Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar has warned Pakistan and said that if there is another terrorist attack, India will not hesitate to give a befitting reply. If terrorist hideouts are present in Pakistan, then we will go to Pakistan and attack. Operation Sindoor is not over yet. Terrorism is part of the national policy of this country (Pakistan). That is the problem. The opposition is constantly questioning the government regarding the ceasefire with Pakistan during Operation Sindoor. Meanwhile, External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar responded by saying, why did India declare a ceasefire with Pakistan? Explaining the real reasons for the ceasefire on May 10, he said, we attacked 8 major air bases of Pakistan and due to that the war stopped. During an interview with an American news website in Brussels, Jaishankar said, ‘The war stopped on the 10th for only one reason, which was that we hit 8 major Pakistani airfields on the morning of the 10th and disabled them. Don’t believe me, these images are available on Google. You can see the runways and hangars that were attacked.’

Jaishankar gave a strong and clear message about the country’s commitment to combating terrorism. He warned Pakistan, saying, “We are not worried about where they are. But if they are deep inside Pakistan, we will go deep inside Pakistan.” During his visit to Brussels, he said, “This (Pakistan) is a country that is very much into using terrorism as a national policy. That is the problem.” When asked whether the conditions that brought the two countries to the brink of war still existed, he said, “If you call the commitment to terrorism a source of tension, then it certainly is.”
