Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 83rd birthday today on October 11, but even before his birthday celebration, he has created a buzz by making a big investment in real estate. Amitabh Bachchan has bought a total of three new plots in Alibaug just a few days before his birthday. The total cost of these three plots is Rs 6.6 crore and their total area is 9557 square feet.
The registration of these plots purchased by Amitabh Bachchan was done on October 7. A stamp duty of Rs 39.58 lakh was paid for this deal. The largest of these three plots is plot number 96, which is 4047 square feet and its estimated cost is Rs 2.78 crore.
While the other two plots, number 97 and 98 are 2776 square feet and 2734 square feet respectively, which are priced at Rs. 1.92 crore and Rs. 1.88 crore respectively.
It is worth mentioning that Amitabh Bachchan had earlier bought a large plot of 10,000 square feet in Alibaug for Rs. 10 crore in April 2024. Alibaug, located near Mumbai, has now become an investment hub for celebrities, where many big stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Kriti Sanon, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Suhana Khan, Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma have invested.
