Trump has failed to maintain distance between several Eastern European countries in the past.

In the video, Edi Rama, smiling, tells Macron that you should apologize to us because you did not congratulate us on the peace agreement signed by President Trump between Albania and Azerbaijan. Macron and Aliyev laugh at his comment. This shows that the three presidents are joking.
