A sudden change in America’s stance: Openly sided with Ukraine: What will President Putin do now?

The Wall Street Journal, citing reliable sources, has said that America will now provide Ukraine with the intelligence information necessary for missile attacks on Russia’s energy resources. Until yesterday, America was crying for peace and claiming to end the Russia-Ukraine war as soon as possible, but now it seems that it is reversing its stance. A new turn is coming in the Russia-Ukraine war. It has decided to provide all kinds of assistance to Ukraine.

The US has complete information about Russia’s oil exploration plants, pipelines and other basic infrastructure, and its aim is to break Russia’s economic power by giving it to Ukraine. The point is, if there is a problem in the oil resources itself, Russia’s economic power will break.

US officials have urged NATO allies to provide all kinds of assistance to Kiev. The US is to provide Ukraine with ‘Tomahawk’ cruise missiles and weapons like Batafooda. However, a final decision has not been made, but it seems very likely.

On the other hand, Russia’s permanent representative to the United Nations warned on October 1 that if the US decides to provide Kiev with ‘Tomahawk’ cruise missiles, Moscow will respond appropriately.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov had said earlier this week that ‘even if the US provides Ukraine with Tomahawk missiles, it will not affect the military situation in any way.’

It is worth noting that the range of ‘Tomahawk’ missiles is up to 1,500 miles, so Moscow comes within the radius of a Ukrainian strike.

According to a report in the New York Post, Zelensky requested Kiev to provide Tomahawk missiles in a meeting last week. The US commander-in-chief showed a positive attitude towards this demand.

This is the first time that Trump has said that Ukraine must regain its original geographical borders.

It is worth noting that before this, Trump was saying that Ukraine should allow all its territory, including the Kiwi Peninsula, to remain in Russia’s hands for peace. However, Zelensky did not accept that suggestion at all. Now Trump has changed his old stance and says that Ukraine has the full right to get back all its territory (currently in Russia’s hands), calling Russia a paper tiger and saying that Russia has become bankrupt by invading Ukraine.
