12 people from Rajasthan died in the plane crash in Ahmedabad. The deceased include members of 7 families from Rajasthan, out of which 5 are from Banswara, 5 from Udaipur, 1 each from Balotra and Bikaner. Dr. Connie Vyas of Banswara, her husband Dr. Pratik Joshi, children Pradyut Joshi, Miraya Joshi and Nakul Joshi also died in the plane crash. The management of Pacific Hospital Umarda in Udaipur said that Dr. Connie Vyas had left her job there a month ago. She was going to London to be with her husband, so she resigned. This is the last photo of Balotra resident Madan Singh Rajpurohit with his daughter Khushbu. This photo was taken shortly before the Air India plane crashed in Ahmedabad. Khushboo’s husband is a doctor in London. Khushboo left for Ahmedabad with her father Madan Rajpurohit on Wednesday night. When her father left the airport and reached near Mehsana, he received the news of the plane crash.

Udaipur marble industrialist Sanjiv Modi’s son Shubh and daughter Shagun were on the plane. They were going to London for a visit. After doing MBA, the brother and sister were taking care of their father’s business.

Udaipur District Collector Namit Mehta reached his house in Saheli Nagar and is collecting information about the incident. Neighbors and relatives are also reaching here. Sanjiv Modi left for Ahmedabad as soon as he was informed about the accident.
